Shipping policy

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50 (UK ONLY)

A 2-5 day delivery option for customers who are not in a rush to receive their parcels. 

For customers in the UK who qualify for free shipping based on their order value, we will usually use EVRi 2-3 day service for orders between £1 and £49.99, and EVRi 24 Tracked or Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders over £50.00. Bulky parcels will nearly always be sent tracked. 

PLEASE NOTE: The estimated time period of 2-5 days from from when the item is received by the postal service. Please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch.

Some items which are too large to be sent using these services may be sent by a courier, at our discretion. We also reserve the right to use the most appropriate shipping method for the ordered items. This can include adding 'signed for' services to packages where we require delivery confirmation or using a different service from those stated above. Any changes made will be for the sole purpose of ensuring the fastest and safest delivery of your goods, any extra costs involved in such changes will be met by us. Where this occurs, we will assure delivery of your goods through a reputable postal carrier.

Preorders

Please note that preorders are not guaranteed upon release. We will always ship items within 2 working days of receiving stock. In the event we are hit by allocations on certain products, orders will be fulfilled in order of the date of purchase, with any outstanding orders being refunded.

If you order items which are in stock alongside preorder items, you order will only be fulfilled once all items are ready to dispatch unless the buyer contacts us to arrange additional postage costs to split the order.

For all preorders over £100.00 we will be reserving a non-refundable £50.00 deposit. In the instance of the buyer cancelling the order the amount refunded will be the total amount minus the reserved £50.00 deposit. 

For all preorders from £50.00 up to £99.99 we will be reserving a non-refundable £25.00 deposit. In the instance of the buyer cancelling the order the amount refunded will be the total amount minus the reserved £25.00 deposit. 

For all preorders under £50.00 we will be reserving a non-refundable 10% deposit. In the instance of the buyer cancelling the order the amount refunded will be 90% of the total amount plus any postage fees.
