Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, untampered with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any items that have been resealed using glues or any other method will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us using return@tradingcardgames.co.uk. 

All items which have not yet been shipped can be amended, cancelled or refunded upon request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for postage before requesting a refund as we will not be held responsible for postal delays.

If an item is lost or takes longer than 4 weeks to arrive we will refund the buyer or investigate where the item is with the selected postal service used.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any costs incurred by the customer due to damages, loss or misrouting will be covered by us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Preorders
For all preorders over £100.00 we will be reserving a non-refundable £50.00 deposit. In the instance of the buyer cancelling the order the amount refunded will be the total amount minus the reserved £50.00 deposit. 

For all preorders from £50.00 up to £99.99 we will be reserving a non-refundable £25.00 deposit. In the instance of the buyer cancelling the order the amount refunded will be the total amount minus the reserved £25.00 deposit. 

For all preorders under £50.00 we will be reserving a non-refundable 10% deposit. In the instance of the buyer cancelling the order the amount refunded will be 90% of the total amount plus any postage fees. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
